FREE INSTALLATION

If you are a home owner or renting privately and receive any of the following benefits or otherwise fulfill the eligibility criteria, you should be eligible for a 100% grant for cavity wall & loft insulation. Equally, if you are a Landlord and one of your tenants receives any of the benefits below, you are also eligible.

Disability Living allowance (DLA)
Disabled Persons Tax Credit (DPTC)
Housing Benefit (HB)
Pension Credit (PC)
Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (IIDB)
Income Support (IS)
Income-based Job Seekers Allowance (IJSA)
War Disablement Pension (WDP) must include the Mobility Supplement or Constant Attendance Allowance
Disablement Pension Benefit (DPB) must include Constant Attendance Allowance
Child Tax Credit (CTC) where relevant income is less than £16,040 per annum
Working Tax Credit (WTC) where relevant income is less than £16.040 per annum
If you are over 70
If the state pension is your main source of income

If you are a home owner or rent privately then you are eligible for the £99 offer (prices vary depending on area), subject to a free survey. Equally, if you are a Landlord you are also eligible.
